The warning for periods of rain, turning into “sometimes heavy” showers, first reported here this morning, will be in force between 9:00 pm today and 12:00 pm on Saturday, 15th and 16th September, throughout the island (North and South coast, as well as regions mountainous).
According to the criteria for issuing IPMA meteorological warnings, the yellow warning corresponds to 30 to 40 millimetres of rain in 6 hours.
