JM reports that the ships “Seadream I”, which arrived a little while ago from Jost Van Dyke, one of the British Virgin Islands, and the “World Explorer” which arrived at dawn and were disembarking 103 passengers are moored in the Port of Funchal today, in addition to the sailboat Santa Maria Manuela.

Coming from Vila do Porto, on the island of Santa Maria, in the Azores, the cruise ship “World Explorer” makes a 42-hour stopover in Funchal, leaving tomorrow, at 6 pm, for Ponta Delgada. It arrived with 117 passengers and due to the turnaround it is carrying out, it will depart with 166 passengers, in addition to the 106 crew members.

The ship is cruising through the Portuguese islands of Madeira and the Azores, with departures and arrivals in Madeira.

The transatlantic “Seadream I” carries 45 passengers and 91 crew. Departs at 9:30 pm, after an 11-hour stopover.

This cruise started on April 22nd, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with stops in the British Virgin Islands, now in Madeira and then in Malaga, where the trip ends on May 5th.

The ship is on a repositioning voyage. In the coming months, she will take cruises across the Mediterranean, departing from Greece.
