Porto Santo benefits from more cruise ships visiting
The Madeira News website, with its automated 24/7 news feed has picked up a report this morning, the cruise ship ‘Deutschland’ has arrived in Porto Santo.
The ‘Deutschland’ arrived from Lisbon and sets sail at 2:00 pm from the Port of Porto Santo, bound for Funchal en route to Ponta Delgada.
Since there began to be more stopovers by cruise ships, the movement of tourists has increased in Vila Baleira, which has given more strength to the local economy.
