Monte Palace Tropical Garden

JM reports that Monte Palace Madeira – Jardim Tropical, located in the parish of Monte, can be visited, free of charge, by residents of the Region, throughout the day, on the 1st of July.

Monte Palace Tropical Garden is nationally and internationally awarded, with distinctions including: Best Places To Visit; Tripadvisor – “Certificate of Excellence”; European Best Destinations; one of the thirteen most beautiful Botanical Gardens in the World, according to Condé Nast Traveller, among others.

Monte Palace Tropical Garden continues to develop its spaces and corners, making it even more attractive, with each visit and also with each visitor, in order to complement and enhance the awards with which it has been awarded over the years. Promoting the marriage between Nature, which includes fauna and flora, and art, Monte Palace Madeira – Jardim Tropical has provided, for over thirty years, unique moments of pleasure. It is with great pleasure that this space is opened, free of charge to residents,

Residents of the Region must, obligatorily, present proof of residence at the entrance to the Monte Palace Tropical Garden (a document with their address), so that it can be free of charge.
