Ryanair refunds now available

Teething problems reportedly resolved

JM reports that residents who have travelled on Ryanair can claim the mobility allowance at Post Office (CTT) counters from today (which is not a bank holiday in Madeira. 

The newspaper observes that the first month of operation generated some doubts and complaints, but the Consumer Services Department reveals to JM that the problems will be over.
