Funchal busy prior to new curfew
Just a few minutes ago JM reported that the PSP (Security Police) were already in place on the streets of Funchal to monitor the new curfew, which began at 7:00 pm tonight.
The newspaper reports that there was strong traffic congestion in the city during the minutes running up to the start of the curfew.
