Just the three imported cases at the moment on Porto Santo
The Diario reports that the six tests where the results were outstanding yesterday have been returned negative.
Regarding the cases already diagnosed in Porto Santo, which the blog has reported, these are associated with a case confirmed yesterday of a traveller who has been in the Region since the incubation period of the disease when she arrived on holiday in Porto Santo, first spending a few days in Madeira.
The Institute of Health Administration IASAÚDEadded yesterday that the epidemiological investigation of this transmission chain had identified 17 contacts in the municipality of Porto Santo (3 were confirmed, 8 were negative and 6 were awaiting results).
Not looking quite so bad now.
