COVID-19: Positive case flies in 1

The Diario reports that a passenger who landed this Wednesday at Madeira Airport and subsequently tested positive for COVID-19, increased the number of positive cases in the Region to 91. The patient had been in Lisbon since February but has an official residence in the municipality of Santa Cruz. The epidemiological investigation of the case is ongoing.

With this patient, the number of active cases of COVID-19 in the Region rises to 2, both of which are currently in hotel accommodation. There are 89 recovered cases.
