The regional government has determined that passengers from zones of active transmission of Coronavirus are prevented from disembarking.
Yesterday, restrictions were set on visits to nursing homes and health facilities in the Azores. Anyone who shows signs of the flu is prevented from making visits.

Restrictions announced in mainland Portugal

Meanwhile, the mainland edition of the Diario reports that the Covid-19 outbreak has been motivating, since last week, the closure or conditioning of access to public services, schools, hospitals and other equipment in Portugal, for prevention or due to suspected and confirmed cases.
