Three villas to be crowd-funded in Ribeira Brava

The Diario reports that fter several projects funded on the continent, the Housers real estate crowdfunding platform has launched their first project on the island of Madeira, giving Portuguese and international investors the opportunity to finance the construction of three luxury villas.

Located in the municipality of Ribeira Brava, “a unique high mountain location with panoramic views of the island”, this opportunity corresponds to the first of three phases of funding a € 600,000 project. This first phase consists of a € 185,000 participatory loan to a developer for the purchase and qualification of four plots of land with a total area of ​​2,400 m2 for the construction of three villas with a design inspired by contemporary Portuguese architecture.
