The Journal features a headline reporting that to mark the new winter season, starting on November 2, easyJet, Europe’s leading airline, will link Funchal to Berlin-Tegel.

With this expansion, the company estimates to transport to the island more than 630,000 passengers in total, starting this fiscal year. On the Funchal-Berlin route, two weekly flights will be operated, on Wednesday and Saturday, with round-trip prices starting from €49.99.
