  1. Hi All , just been catching up with the blog as not read it for a few days, been busy and trying to sort my back out , i have finally paid for a scan and need to wait a week to get this, then i hope something can be sorted.

    Really nice weather at the moment, but sun is very strong….

  2. Hope your scan results are better than mine – I am a walking disaster apparently – also the word cronic was mentioned – they don’t mince their words here. Anyway now on a series of physio see how it goes…. Good luck anyway only someone who suffers from a bad back knows what you are going through.
